Purchases

You must provide complete and accurate details at the time of placing your order. We may request additional information to verify or fulfil your order accurately.

You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address and any relevant delivery instructions at checkout. E8 Athletics is not obliged to re-send orders to a corrected address at our expense where an incorrect address has been provided.

Pricing

All prices displayed on ego8.store are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. International orders will be calculated via our integrated currency converter. The amount charged in your local currency may vary based on your bank's exchange rate at the time of transaction.

E8 Athletics reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time and without prior notice.

Payment

E8 Athletics accepts payment via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Afterpay.

Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when your order has been dispatched.

We do not store your credit card details at any time. All payment processing is handled through secure, encrypted third-party platforms.

Consent

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you consent to receiving electronic communications from E8 Athletics relating to products, launches, promotions, and other brand updates. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time via the link included in any email we send you.

Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days — Monday to Friday, excluding Queensland public holidays.

Orders placed before 10:00am AEST on a business day are generally dispatched the same day. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Shipping

Within Australia
Domestic orders are shipped via DHL Express. Delivery is estimated within 1–3 business days from dispatch, though E8 Athletics cannot guarantee exact delivery timeframes.

International
We ship to most international destinations. A full list of supported countries is available on our Shipping page. International delivery is estimated at 3–7 business days from dispatch. If your order has not arrived within this timeframe, please contact us at support@egoeight.com with your full name and order number.

Order Cancellations

E8 Athletics reserves the right to cancel any order where we are unable to fulfil it. You will be notified if this occurs and any payment made will be refunded in full.

You will not be entitled to any additional compensation for losses, inconvenience, or consequential damages arising from a cancellation.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Returns Policy, which complies with the Australian Consumer Law.

Terms of Use
